Our beautiful and gracefully decorated spa boutique awaits you, where you will be warmly welcomed. Our concierge will present you with your own personal locker, towel, plush robe and slippers, allowing you to use our changing facilities, if you desire. Once prepared you will be guided to our peaceful, relaxing oasis where you can begin to unwind and escape. In the cocoon of our oasis, tranquility begins with welcoming neck, shoulder, eye and hand wraps.

As your treatment time approaches, your personal professional will greet you and guide you to your retreat. Your renewal journey begins, once rejuvenated you will be guided back to our relaxing oasis to enjoy soothing peace allowing your spirit to breathe. You may choose to be guided to the changing area to shower, refresh or dress before you complete your tranquil path to the spa boutique, where we invite you to visit us again soon to...

SPA 122 & Salon Etiquette
SPA 122 & Salon a peaceful spa journey where guests come for hair & body soulutions. To make the most of your spa visit, and as a courtesy to other guests and staff members, we ask that you observe the following guidelines:
ARRIVE EARLY
We invite you to spend a few moments in our relaxation room to allow your mind and body to unwind even before your treatment begins. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment. Please be aware that we must end your session at its scheduled time in order to accommodate the next guest; therefore arriving late will likely shorten your spa treatment.
RELAXATION ROOM
Please enjoy our relaxation room before, between and after your treatments. Teas, juices, specialty waters and snacks are provided.
RELAXATION ATTIRE
Simply come as you are. Upon your arrival, you may change into a luxurious bathrobe and slippers. Although a locker will be provided for your personal belongings, we ask that you not bring valuables to the spa.
SPEAK SOFTLY. NO CELL PHONES
Please help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phone and all other electronic devices and by speaking softly.
OBSERVE OUR MINIMUM AGE
Spa guests must be at least 18 years old with the exception of guests ages 8-17 years that are scheduled for treatment while accompanied by an adult. Please make arrangements for all other little loved ones while you enjoy your spa experience.
We observe a maximum of 30 minutes of Soul Issue, relaxing massage for ages 15 and under.
RESERVATIONS
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged for your treatments.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in your spa service. We leave it to your discretion. General gratuity is 15-20%. Gratuity may be added when checking out with your credit, debit or gift card. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk.
Groups: A 15% gratuity will be applied to group celebrations.
HEALTH CONCERNS
If you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant, please notify our receptionist before booking your visit so we can accommodate your needs. If you have any other health conditions, questions, or concerns, please let us know.
GIFT CARDS
SPA 122 & Salon gift cards are available for purchase at the front desk or by telephone/mail. Gift cards are valid for one year and are not redeemable for cash. Merchant is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.
SPA 122 & Salon gift certificates are available on this website from the top bar and may be printed or emailed to your recipient.
SPA 122 & Salon also accepts Spa Finder gift certificates in full. If balance remains after guest treatment remaining credit will be placed on guest's account for future appointments. All gift cards, gift certificates, including online, expire after one year unless earlier expiration is noted.
RETURNS
Guests may receive a boutique exchange or credit on previously purchased items if returned within 7 days of purchase, guest has original sales receipt and items are deemed in appropriate condition. No cash or credit card refunds will be made.
