Radiofrequency Laser

Radiofrequency laser

How It Works

The Radiofrequency Laser sends out radio waves in a crosshatched pattern to remove any and all benign facial lesions.

What Problem It Corrects

We use the Radiofrequency Laser to remove unsightly moles or skin tags from your face and neck without leaving a trace.

How It Feels

When the laser is activated, it will burn and tingle just a little bit, but it is easily tolerated and does not require any type of anesthesia.

How Long It Takes

It depends on the number of lesions you are having removed. On the average, it takes about 3 or 4 minutes to remove a single lesion.

How Many Sessions Are Recommended

Usually 1 session is all that is needed. All patients are reevaluated at the end of 6 weeks. Approximately  5% of the cases require retreatment.

What To Expect After Treatment

Immediately after your treatment, the area will look pink. You can expect it to stay that way for several weeks. We will ask you to keep it moist with Vaseline or Aquaphor Ointment for the first 5 to 7 days. The pinkness will eventually fade away without leaving a trace.
